By placing an order on-line, the customer admits that they are over 18 years of age,

Returns Policy



Dresses:

Due to the specialty nature of our dresses, all sales are final. We will however, swap sizes if we have a different size in stock. If we do not have a different size, we cannot swap dresses and our all sales are final policy applies.

THERE ARE ABSOLUTELY NO EXCHANGES ON SALE ITEMS. Again, ALL SALES ARE FINAL on sales items also.

Shipping Delays: THERE ARE ABSOLUTELY NO REFUNDS ON SHIPPING CHARGES. We cannot be held responsible for shipping delays. If you are concerned about the shipping status of your items, please call and we will forward you the tracking number from the chosen shipping company. We use FedEx, UPS, and USPS. You can then call their company direct using the provided tracking number. Once your items leave our hands and are in the shipper's hands, we can no longer be held responsible for your item. If your package is damaged in anyway from shipping. Please call us immediately and we will file a claim with the chosen shipper. We will then bill you for a replacement item. Once the damaged item is refunded from the shipper and the shipper picks up the damaged item from you, your payment will be refunded immediately.

Backorders:

If we do not have the item you ordered in stock, it will be automatically placed on backorder.  You will be notified within 2 days of placing the order that your item is on backorder.
