placing an order on-line, the customer admits that they are over 18 years of age,
and they agree with and understand the following returns policy.
Let's face it, few of us are the perfect model size, that means alterations which may be time consuming are a necessary part of purchasing any dress if you want it to look perfect on you. Please view our alteration tips page for our tailoring input. We are based out of Minnesota where there is no sales tax on clothing.
With any dress, we suggest to pay close attention to the size chart listed under each dress. The size chart is an accurate measurement of the dress give or take 1/2". Take your own measurements and verify how close you fall to the size chart. Like most specialty stores, due to the fact that some promers try to wear a prom dress to prom and then return it after prom (which can put any business out of business), we had to become an EXCHANGES ONLY store. We will exchange your purchase for another size within 7 days of your receipt of the package only if we have another size in stock. If we do not have another size in stock, we cannot exchange your dress and we recommend you take it to a seamstress for altering. There are NO RETURNS. THERE ARE NO EXCEPTIONS TO THIS POLICY. There is a reship and restock fee of $25. per dress for USA orders and $60. per dress on International Orders so it pays to pay close attention to the size chart. Customer's must also pay their own dress exchange shipping charges. You must e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org for a return authorization number to place on the outside of the box before returning. Boxes without return authorization numbers will not be accepted. Make sure to obtain a tracking number from your shipper. Dresses lost in shipping are not our responsibility. Dresses returned for an exchange must still have our tags on the garment and must never have been worn, altered, nor damaged in anyway. Out of stock items normally happen during the end of the Prom season and if we are out of stock, there will be no exchanges. THERE ARE ABSOLUTELY NO EXCHANGES ON SALE DRESSES. Again, ALL SALES ARE FINAL on sales items also. Dye lots may vary. Colors may vary. We do not give out swatches however, normally each dress has a color chart listed by the dress just click on the word "color". Colors may vary in color from computer to computer. Therefore, we cannot be held responsible for color variations. THERE ARE ABSOLUTELY NO REFUNDS ON SHIPPING CHARGES.
Shipping Delays: After your order is sent, you should receive a tracking number to the e-mail address you provided. If you are concerned about the shipping status of your items, please call and we will forward you the tracking number from the chosen shipping company. We use FedEx, UPS, DHL, and USPS. You can then call their company direct or go to their website and enter in your tracking number to view your packages status. Once we give the package to the shipper (such as UPS, FedEx,or the US Postal Service,etc.) we cannot be held responsible for your package or for shipping delays. If your package is damaged in anyway from shipping, please call us immediately and we will file a claim with the chosen shipper. We can then send you a replacement dress which we must bill you for. Once the damaged item is refunded from the shipper and the shipper picks up the damaged item from you, your payment on the first item will be refunded immediately.
Due to the specialty nature
of our dresses, all sales are final. We will however, swap sizes if
we have a different size in stock. If we do not have a different size,
we cannot swap dresses and our all sales are final policy applies.

placed on backorder. You will be notified within 2 days of placing the order
that your item is on backorder.
