Thomas Crassweller
Tom Crassweller, a Duluth native, joined the DeBora Rachelle team in the spring of 2004 as the Vice President of National Sales. Mr. Crassweller is no stranger to business or the fashion industry. Throughout high school and college, Mr. Crassweller dedicated himself to learning everything he could about business management. After managing both large and small retail operations in Colorado, Mr. Crassweller opened his first retail store, Cimarron, a cutting edge clothing, footwear and gift store, in Duluth, Minn. For the next 27 years, Crassweller opened and managed several retail businesses in the Duluth area and came to be known by the community as a leader and successful businessman. He attributes his success to what he calls a "natural" feel and foresight in the business field. Mr. Crassweller has been a tremendous influence in his community. Due to his successful experiences, Mr. Crassweller has been called upon on numerous occasions to share his understanding and knowledge with groups and individuals. Most notably, he has served as President of the Minnesota Selects Youth Hockey Organization, a non-profit state-wide youth hockey organization, for the past 17 years. Mr. Crassweller is excited to be part of DeBora Rachelle Inc., "There is a tremendous potential for growth in the Deborah Rachelle line of dresses and accessories." With
